Members may now pay for their meals and dues using Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit/debit cards or E-payment (electronic payment). With E-payment you can set up scheduled monthly or quarterly payments, print a receipt of your payment, and the club treasurer will receive a report of your payment, from either of these payment methods.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD USERS are to add 2 1/2% (bank charge) to your payment or it will be added to your next quarterly statement.
ELECTRONIC PAYMENT USERS: Electronic payment allows you to pay your meals and dues without the hassle of writing checks. There is no addition fee with the electronic payment.
Instructions for E-payment:
1. The first time and only the first time you use E-payment: click on the red bar "Not signed up yet? Sign up now." Complete Sign Up form.
2. "View the Authorized Agreement." At the bottom of the Authorized Agreement, you must check you have read the agreement and agree to the terms.
3. There is no need to complete Sign Up or Authorized Agreement after first time use. Proceed to Step 4.
4. Sign in using your User Name and Password. Then "Go to my organization's e-giving transaction page." Under the heading "Payments to Fayetteville Lions Club" (middle of page), enter payment amount in box: "Membership Dues and Meals" and then follow instructions
